7.1 To access the services, you must first purchase a subscription through the Website/Phone/Email (“the Subscription”) and pay the fees associated with the selected subscription (“the Subscription fee”)
7.2 By purchasing the subscription, you acknowledge & agree that is it your sole responsibility to ensure that the subscription you select is suitable for your use.
7.3 As part of the enrollment process or to ensure your continued use of services, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself (such as identification or contact details), including the following:
7.4 You acknowledge & warrant that any information you provide to “PR” during the course of completing the registration process will be correct & accurate.
7.5 Post completion of the registration process, you will become a registered member of the website (“the Member”) and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. As a member, you will be provided with immediate access to the services from the time you sign up till the end of your subscription period (“the Subscription period”)
9.2 All electronic payments/wire transfers made during the course of your services are made using TD Bank or PayPal. While making any payment in relation to the use of your services, you warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the TD Bank/PayPal terms and conditions which are available on their website.
9.3 You acknowledge and agree when a request for payment of the subscription fee is returned or denied, for whatever reason by your financial institution or by you, then you are liable for any costs, banking fees, or charges associated with the subscription fee.
All subscriptions must be paid in full upfront prior to the start of the subscription period.
We will cancel your subscription if you give us a written notice that you wish to cancel the service within 14 days of taking out your subscription.
Post 14 days of signing up for our services, you will NOT be eligible to receive any refund.
New subscribers to our services are eligible to receive a refund within 14 days of the enrollment date, this does NOT apply to past or existing members.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Canadian Consumer Law, under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or expense which may be suffered due to your use of the information published on our website or as a result of inaccessibility of the website or the fact that certain information or details on it is incorrect, incomplete or not up to date.
